Song: Tobu - Hope

Reasoning why I think each of the listed anime's are similar:

Oda Nobuna no Yabou -

Both protagonist come from modern world to medieval one than they both become servant of noble girl and they both eventually become heroes they both start to have filings for that girl but they refuse to admit it and both protagonist are nearly same characters as well as that girls both protagonist are surrounded with pretty girls that are in love with him both anime's are Action/Comedy/Romance/Harem and both are very good anime's.

ToraDora! -

These two anime are completely different in plot but in characters you can definitely see a similarity... The main characters Ryuji and Taiga have a very interesting relationship.. one of a master and her dog (like Louise and Saito)... In both anime the characters share a close relationship in which the chibi fearsome female dominates the male...very interesting to watch..
(both females have the same voice actor as well..)

Dog Days -

I am not recommending "Dog Days" to those who like "Zero no Tsukaima", but recommending "Zero no Tsukaima" to those who like "Dog Days". Yes, there have been a lot of comparisons to the two, because they happen to have male main characters summoned to another world, but beyond that, they are two very different series. "Zero no Tsukaima" is better plot wise and uses humor much better, not to mention has really good characters.

Seikoku no Dragonrar -

Bit of a role reversal, but a "problem student" with no talent ends up summoning a human familiar or "parr" who is unique among everyone else. You can tell a relationship will be formed between the two and many other girls will fall for the main character as well.

Shakugan no Shana -

Both have Red-haired, tsundere characters who are the lead protagonists, accompanied by a brown-haired powerless male protagonist. Both of them are voiced by the same Voice Actors. Zero no Tsukaima goes more fantastical, as it is a totally different world set in the medieval ages. ZnT features more of a school environment and a larger cast of side characters. It's also more detailed in expanding its magical universe so you really get a feel of the premise.

In sunmmary, Zero no Tsukaima has more of everything Shakugan no Shana has: Romance, School-life, Ecchi, Magic Rules and Universe, Better Soundtrack, More Side Characters. The only thing it doesn't have is Action, which can be a huge-turnoff, so prepare yourself to focus m
