《全员加速中》作为一档街头生存游戏，“游戏者”必须在一定的时间限制和划定的场地中，躲避“猎人”的追捕，成功逃避追捕即可获得胜利币，而被捕者则胜利币归零。因此，有限的时间将成为嘉宾唯一的“救命稻草”，唯有不停歇、不放弃的脚步才能为他们创造更多“自救”与“生存”机会。
"Run For Time" is a street survival game that involves celebrities and athletes. Participants have to avoid being captured at a certain time limit by hunters in specific locations. Winners can receive a victory coin, while the caught ones would left empty handed. Time is their guests only chance to create more chances for survival in the game.
