Bobby Abtahi, who serves as the Dallas Plan Commission’s vice chair, was told the captain and crew were not comfortable with him being onboard.
The agent who delivered the news also explained the refusal stemmed from an earlier incident in which the lawyer cut off one of the crewmembers.
