To bomb or not to bomb? Britain divided over Syria strikes (part 2)

As Britain decides whether to join the air campaign in Syria against the Islamic State group, a reminder that it was the House of Commons that two years ago killed momentum for a bombing campaign in Syria. Back then, it was against Assad and the term Islamic State didn't even exist. Since then, foreign fighters have returned from Syria to orchestrate attacks on home soil, Russia's gotten into the game, and the US is slowly cranking up its presence in Iraq.
