France in Mourning: What response to Paris Attacks? (part 1)

The names of the 130 victims of the Paris attacks were read out on Friday at a national tribute held in the courtyard of the Invalides military hospital. The home of Napoleon's grave is usually where state funerals are held. This is the context in which France's president is trying to lead a "coalition of the grudging", and persuade his partners, including Moscow, to focus on fighting Isis.
