Procesi ndaj te akuzuarit per vrasjen e katër policeve ne Durrës Dritan Dajti vazhdon te shënoje precedentë te pazakonte per drejtësinë shqiptare. E ndersa ne seancat e meparshme avokatet kryesisht te caktuar nga gjykata kane refuzuar te paraqiten, ne seancën e kesaj te hene ndodhi nje tjeter episod qe e beri te pamundur vijimin e procesit. Avokati Ndue Pjetra, i cili ishte caktuar nga gjykata nje seance me pare, paraqiti para gjykates nje kerkese te pazakonte. Ai kerkoi per mbrojtjen e te pandehurit shumen prej 200 mije eurosh si dhe 30 dite kohe per t'u njohur me aktet e dosjes. Vete i pandehuri u shpreh se i pëlqente performaca e avokatit dhe kerkoi nga gjykata qe t'ia plotësonte kushtin e vendosur pasi ai pranonte te mbrohej prej tij. Por trupi gjykues vendosi ta refuzoje kërkesën e avokatit gje qe beri qe ky i fundit te largohej nga salla. Ne keto kushte edhe i akuzuari nuk pranoi vijimin e seancës pa avokat, duke braktisur procesin. Prokurori i çeshtjes Ardian Nezha kerkoi pezullimin e afateve te paraburgimit per te pandehurin Dajti ndersa e cilesoi kërkesën e avokatit si nje manover e radhes per te zvarritur procesin.
