Kompania "Patton Boggs", "Podesta Group" dhe gjate mandatit te pare "Ridge Global", janë 3 lobuesit e përzgjedhur nga qeveria shqiptare per te përmirësuar imazhin e saj ne Shtetet e Bashkuara. Ne faqen "Department Of Justice" janë publikuar kontratat e lidhura nga ekzekutivi qe kapin vlerat e qindra mijëra dollarëve. Gjate mandatit te pare 2005-2009, ekzekutivi i pagoi kompanisë se drejtuar nga "Tom Ridg"e 500 mije dollarë per lobim ne Shtetet e Bashkuara. Në 2009-en qeveria përzgjodhi "Patton Boggs" te cilës i pagoi ne kontratën e pare 200 mijë dollarë, që u pasua nga dy të tjera në vitin 2010 dhe 2011 me vlerë respektive 240 dhe 200 mijë dollarë të tjera. Qeveria ka nënshkruar edhe nje kontrate te re me kompaninë "Patton Boggs", vlera e se cilës ende nuk dihet. Një tjeter kompani qe punon per imazhin e qeverise shqiptare është "Podesta Group". Kontrata ka afat 1-vjeçar dhe mbaron në 31 mars të këtij viti dhe ajo paguhet për shërbimet e saj 60 mije dollarë ne muaj, pra 720 mije dollarë ne total. Sipas analisteve është shqetësuese mungesa e transparencës ne përdorimin e fondeve publike, pasi kontratat e lobimit nuk publikohen kurrë nga qeveria shqiptare. Sipas Krasniqit edhe pse per vendet e vogla është normale te paguhen kompani per te lobuar ne Shtetet e Bashkuara; është e paligjshme qe me paratë e buxhetit te shtetit te lobohet për imazhin e Partisë Demokratike dhe kjo behet vetëm pak muaj para zgjedhjeve te qershorit.
