Pas konfliktit te hapur mes CEZ dhe qeverise, kjo e fundit detyrohet qe te ti propozoje serish KESH te blejë energji. Vendimi me i fundit i këshillit te ministrave, parashikon kështu importin e energjisë elektrike për te garantuar furnizimin për periudhën nga 1 janari deri ne 1 Mars 2013. Ky vendim i qeverise, vjen pas faktit qe CEZ nuk përmbys tashme prej disa muajsh detyrimin per te garantuar energji eklektike. Edhe kësaj radhe sipas vendimit te qeverise kostot do ti faturohen kompanisë CEZ. Sipas deklaratave te fundit te Entit rregullator te energjisë kompania ceke CEZ, është ne prag te heqjes se licencës, por kjo t pritet te ketë kosto te mëdha ne buxhet. Pikërisht ky fakt ka detyruar qeverinë te marre një tjetër vendim te rëndësishëm këtë te mërkure. Ndërkohë duke u përgatitur për fazën tjetër te një përballje te mundshme ligjore me kompaninë ceke, qeveria shqiptare ka marre tashme masën e pare. Këshilli i Ministrave ka dhëne 320 mije euro qe te mbroje interesat e shtetit shqiptar ne konfliktit me kompaninë CEZ. Ky konflikt duket se do te zgjidhet ne dyert e drejtësisë ndërkombëtare, duke shfaqur vetëm fillimin e këtij dueli te gjate mes CEZ dhe qeverise, i cili mbetet për tu pare ne favor te kujt do te shkoje.

The Council of Ministers has given 320 thousand euro to protect the interests of the Albanian state in conflict with the company CEZ. This conflict seems to be resolved in the doors of international justice, featuring only the beginning of this long duel between CEZ and the government, which is yet to be seen in favor of whom will go.
