Komisioni Evropian i ka bere edhe njëherë thirrje Shqipërisë qe te vijoje ne plotësimin e 12 kushteve te kërkuara për marrjen e statusit te vendit kandidat, ndërsa evidenton se Shqipëria ka bere një progres te dukshëm ne perspektiven evropiane. Ky ka qene mesazhi eurokomisioneri për zgjerim Stefan Fyle i ka përcjellë presidentit Nishani, gjate takimit te mbajtur ne ditën e dyte te vizitës se tij ne Bruksel. "Shqipëria ka një perspektive reale për përparim ne rrugën evropiane, te mundësuar nga rezultatet konkrete ne adresimin e 12 prioriteteve kyçe. Kjo përfshin miratimin e ligjit për Gjykatën e Larte dhe përfundimin e reformës parlamentare. Heqja e imunitetit do te jete gjithashtu e rëndësishme. Sa i përket sundimit te ligjit, Shqipëria duhet te intensifikoje përpjekjet e saj për te ndërtuar një gjyqësor te pavarur dhe efikas dhe te vijojë ne luftën kundër korrupsionit dhe krimit te organizuar," u shpreh ai. Komisioneri Fyle ka përgëzuar presidentin Nishani ne punën e tij si inkurajues i dialogut me palëve politike për reformat e rëndësishme për Shqipërinë.
