Si mund te ndryshojnë disa nga ndërtesat kult te Tiranes? Idenë e japin tre arkitekte te cilët kane ripërpunuar projektet origjinale te italianeve qe krijuan arkitekturën e qendrës se kryeqytetit ne harkun kohor 1925- 1940. Këto imazhe tregojnë pikërisht mënyrën se si mund te përshtatet por duke ruajtura trashëgiminë e Teatrit Kombëtar, ndërtesës se kryeministrisë dhe ish-hotel Dajtit. Skicat janë marre nga fakulteti i arkitekturës se Barit ne Arkivin tone qendror Teknik, ku siç zbulojnë tre bashkautorët e studimit "Arkitektura Moderne Italiane ne Shqipëri", ndodhen plot 2 mije dosje me projektet e dikurshme te italianeve, te cilat përfshijnë jo vetëm Tiranen por edhe një pjese te qyteteve te vendit. Studiuesit kane hulumtuar qe mbi këto projekte qe prej vitit 2005. Ne fakt e gjithë vëmendja e studimit përqendrohet ne aksin monumental te Tiranes, çka ka bere qe kryetari i bashkise Lulezim Basha te prezantoje edhe njëherë për arkitektet italian projektin e ri mbi bulevardin e kryeqytetit.
