Rrjedha e re e ngjarjeve ditët e fundit me hetimet dhe arrestimet për ngjarjen e 21 Janarit, ka ndezur debatin ne parlament, ngjashëm me ditët e para pas protestës qe përfundoi me 4 te vrare. Ne nisje te seancës, kryeparlamentarja njohu deputetet me kërkesën për heqje imuniteti për 3 deputetet e opozitës, Tom Doshi, Taulant Balla dhe Besnik Bare, si organizatore te demonstratës. Nënkryetari i grupit socialist Erion Brace ka debatuar gjate fjalës ne Kuvend me kryetaren Jozefina Topalli, mbi përgjegjësitë dhe autoret e dhunës fatale. Socialisti Sajmir Tahiri përsëriti kërkesën drejtuar kryeprokurores, qe te përfshijë ne hetime kryeministrin Berisha dhe ish-ministrin e Brendshëm Lulzim Basha. Por për shumicën, shefja e akuzës Ina Rama ka bere pakt me kreun e opozitës, për te orientuar hetimet sipas interesave personale. Kuvendi ngriti 2 dite pas protestës, njëanshëm një komision hetimor për te hetuar veprimet apo mosveprimet e organeve kushtetuese. Por te majtët dhe ndërkombëtaret kane deklaruar se kjo është një mbivendosje dhe mjet presioni mbi Prokurorinë. Komisioni nuk i ka dhënë ende konkluzionet e tij.
