Konferenca e Kryetareve te grupeve parlamentare ka zyrtarizuar zgjidhjen e ngërçit politik dyvjeçar, duke miratuar me konsensus fillimin e punës për reformën zgjedhore, reformën parlamentare dhe një plan veprimi për ligjet me 3/5-at. Me konsensus u vendos qe te enjten te ngrihet komisioni për reformën zgjedhore, grupi për reformën parlamentare, si dhe te futen ne kalendar ligjet qe kërkojnë shumice te cilësuar. Projektvendimi për reformën zgjedhore parashikon një komision ku PD ka 2 anëtarë, 1 LSI, 1 PDIU dhe 1 PR; nga opozita 4 anëtarë i ka PS dhe 1 PBDNJ. Ne këtë komision PD dhe PS kane te drejte vetoje, ndërkohë qe për çështjet ku nuk arrihet konsensusi do te merret mendimi i komisionit te Venecias dhe OSBE/ODIHR-it. Draft vendimi për reformën parlamentare parasheh ne përbërje nga 4 anëtarë për PD dhe PS dhe do te shikoje rregulloren e kuvendit ne përputhje me rregulloren e parlamentit evropian. Për ligjet me 3/5 është paraqitur një plan pune, ku është parashikuar qe deri ne 7 dhjetor te shqyrtohen dhe miratohen disa ligje me shumice te cilësuar kryesisht kode, ndërkohë qe ligje si ai për Gjykatën Administrative janë lënë për një faze te dyte, qe parashikon shqyrtimin e tyre deri ne marsin e vitit te ardhshëm.
