Këshilltaret socialiste akuzojnë kryetarin e Këshillit Bashkiak te Tiranes Njazi Kosovrasti se po shkel ligjin duke mos mbledhur këshillin.

Kreu i këshilltareve socialiste Aldrin Dalipi tha se ne baze te rregullores mbledhja organizohet një here ne muaj, një afat qe sipas tij është shkelur qëllimisht. Por i kontaktuar me telefon kryetari i këshillit bashkiak Njazi Kosovrasti, sqaron se pavarësisht te drejtës qe ka për te thirrur mbledhjen, përcaktimi i datës behet edhe ne funksion te punëve të bashkise. Nga ana tjetër këshilltaret socialiste thonë se bllokimi po behet pasi ata kane kërkuar informacion mbi dhunimin e dy punonjësve te tatim taksave. Por dhe për ketë pretendim, përmes një letre zyrtare, Kosovrasti sqaron se thirrja e kryetarit Lulzim Basha për te raportuar mbi shkarkimet ne administratën e bashkise ne një mbledhje jashtë radhe, është e pabazuar ne ligj. Kosovrasti thekson se kjo çështje nuk është ne kompetencën e këshillit bashkiak
