Researchers from Cardiff University believe they’ve found “a direct and positive” relationship between eating a good breakfast and getting good grades.

Researchers from the United Kingdom say a good breakfast correlates with good grades.
According to Cardiff University, "A direct and positive link between pupils’ breakfast quality and consumption, and their educational attainment, has for the first time been demonstrated."
The study, which tracked 5,000 9-to-11-year-olds over the course of 6 to 18 months, “found that children who ate breakfast, and who ate a better quality breakfast, achieved higher academic outcomes."
In fact, students who ate breakfast were sometimes twice as likely to make above average grades relative to students who didn't.
