This Sunday, the country's current political mood will be tested as several major cities stage the second round of local elections. But the vote has been overshadowed by allegations of cheating, as Ukrainian oligarchs jostle for power and influence.
While civil society is pushing for change, many feel the old elite are still pulling the strings.
