Founded in 1991, the Voluntary Human Extinction Movement is supported by people who believe that the planet will benefit if humans go extinct by not reproducing.
There’s a group that believes humans should disappear from Earth just as the dinosaurs have. It’s called the Voluntary Human Extinction Movement, and their website features the motto, “May we live long and die out.”
Rather than promoting suicide or other death scenarios, the members are committed to refraining from having children.
In fact, the founder, Les U. Knight, underwent a vasectomy himself at the relatively young age of 25.
