An Indonesian official wants to establish an island prison surrounded by crocodiles to house drug offenders facing the death penalty.

If prison guards are not honest, other security measures don't matter much. One official in Indonesia has a plan that may solve the issue.
Budi Waseso, the chief of the nation’s anti-drug agency, wants to establish a special incarceration facility for drug offenders facing the death penalty.
He would like it to be on an island and surrounded by crocodiles. 
Waseso pointed out, "You can't bribe crocodiles. You can't convince them to let inmates escape.”
