Miranda Lambert was in an introspective mood on Thursday.
The country singer took to her Facebook on Thursday to share some powerful lyrics that fans will no doubt find poignant following the news that her ex Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani, are now dating.
"I could spend ages reading the news, I could spend days, singing the blues," Lambert wrote, quoting the song "Better Than" by the band Lake Street Dive.
"But I turn up the tv light.
Give up without a fight.
Better than pretending to know what's wrong and what's right."
On Wednesday, shortly before the CMA Awards, PEOPLE confirmed that Shelton, 39, and Stefani, 46, are officially dating.
Shelton later tweeted that night that there are "so many great things happening in my life."
