Judge Wants Proof That Bindi Irwin’s Father Is Dead To Approve DWTS Contract

TMZ is reporting that an L.A. Superior Court judge is asking for proof that Bindi Irwin’s father is dead in order to sign off on the contract for her lucrative 'Dancing With the Stars' agreement.

Bindi Irwin, the latest breakout star on 'Dancing With the Stars,' is facing an unusual legal situation.
In order to ratify her lucrative deal with the show, she first needs to get a minor contract validated in court because she is only 17 years old. 
TMZ is reporting that her mother Terri has signed off, surrendering all rights
