Peruvian animal rights activists took to the streets of Lima on Sunday to demand that bullfighting be banned. The protest coincided with the annual Mister of the Miracles Bullfighting Fair. In April the government approved a bill outlawing the mistreatment of animals, but bullfighting was not included in the legislation. teleSUR
