Colombian Peace Talks Resume Today Amid New Tensions

The 43rd round of peace talks between the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) and the government resume today in Havana. Despite considerable progress, the FARC charges that the military has stepped up its attacks, which puts the rebels' unilateral ceasefire in jeopardy. Simultaneously, the government is engaged in exploratory talks with the country's second largest guerrilla organization, the National Liberation Army. The two sides reportedly have 80-90% agreement on the agenda of such talks. Natalia Margarita reports from Bogota. teleSUR
