The Michigan Humane Society was called in to perform a search and rescue mission after demolition workers heard cries of puppies coming from a house about to be torn down.

Recently, the day for a team of demolition workers in Michigan didn’t go exactly as planned.
While preparing to tear a house down, they heard cries of puppies coming from the inside. The Michigan Humane Society was called in to perform a search and rescue mission.
After looking around the above ground part of the house, they went into the basement. The first group of puppies was found beneath a dresser. More were then located in a corner.
Finally, the rescuers ventured into a closet that was packed tightly with roughly 5 loveseats, 4 bikes, an assortment of other furniture, and puppies hiding throughout.
