Colombia: Election Related Violence Down, But Fraud Charges Up

In the past, Colombian elections were marred by violence related to the country's armed conflict. In Sunday's elections, violence was considerably down, but accusations of fraud, particularly vote buying, were way up. The Electoral Observation Mission, an independent NGO, also cites the presence of candidates tied to organized crime or drug trafficking and dirty money.
