Revealed! Why There were Censor Cuts in Prem Ratan Dhan Payo
Well well well, could we ever imagine that Prem Ratan Dhan Payo could actually pass through the Censor Board and then get cuts? Yeah, it has happened, but never mind, these are for very moralistic reasons.
Since we have the Censor Board as our moral parent we need to obey rules and listen to them hai na? Apparently the words Chinar was not accepted in the dialogues . Then there was an antakshari scene where the song Maar Diya Jaaye Ya Tod Diya Jaaye was sung and this was cut down as it was almost with a religious intonation.
