Well it's all over and done!
Apparently, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale have reached the terms on their divorce settlement and they are prepared to lock it in, make it official, and move on! According to reports, Gwen and Gavin will be sharing joint custody with their three children.
That means that the agreement decrees a 50/50 split in their custody, but apparently because of Gwen's touring schedule, the kids may stay far more often with Gavin, at least for the time being — and all parties are OK with that.
The couple had no prenuptial agreement, so as for money, well, they're going to make it very simple!
While Gavin would be entitled to 50% of the community property from their marriage, he has apparently agreed to take on far less than that, perhaps as a way to speed up the settlement and end it without a fuss.
