It takes a village: French neighbours profit from wind turbines

A group of villagers in western France are reaping the benefits from an investment in wind energy. Six years ago, they borrowed millions of euros to buy turbines, which now produce so much electricity that they can sell the excess back to the national grid. Also today, a good first set of results for Alphabet, Google's new parent company.
