This baby chimpanzee was injured shortly after he was born, and required urgent care to survive. Luckily, he recovered well, and is now housed at the Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary, in Lake Victoria. The sanctuary is providing special round-the-clock care until he’s well enough to be reunited with his chimpanzee family.
