Thousands of ducklings waddle towards river to get used to water

An amazing video has emerged from China of five thousand new-born ducklings trooping down a riverbank to experience the water.

In the footage, captured at a duck farm in Jiangsu Province on Sunday, the cute ducklings can be seen rushing towards the river from the farm en masse as if they are eager to explore their new playground.

According to the filmer, this was a kind of feeding method that the duck farmer uses to exercise new-born baby ducks (three to five days old) in order to improve their appetite as well as to get them used to water.
