Sana is very upset that she can't conceive and the doctor has even said that. She is married since four years but she is worried that due to this problem her husband can leave her but he loves her enough to not let this effect the relationship. Narmeen gives birth and this makes Sana jealous, and adds on to the depression. And this has created the problem between the relationship of the two ladies. Sikandar is a careless person and because of his absence his sisiter's who is Saima her wedding proposal gets rejected.
