Mexico: Questions Raised on Latest Guzman Escape

The world's top drug kingpin, Joaquin El Chapo Guzman, narrowly missed being captured three days ago, but according to Mexican authorities was shot in the face and leg. Questions have been raised surrounding the incident, both on how the drug lord once again managed to escape capture as well as the "collateral damage" to nearby residents, 260 of whom were displaced and two disappeared, and who accuse marines of shooting directly at them and their homes. teleSUR
