9-Year-Old Makes Emotional Plea for Helmet Laws in All States

This nine-year-old boy Trey's mother died in a motorcycle accident. Trey's mother was not wearing a helmet and now Trey is on a mission to change the laws in all states to require motorcycle riders to wear helmets. He's also asking people to wear helmets when they ride regardless of the laws in their state. You can view his video message on YouTube.
