Mexican Gov't Response to HR Crisis Disappoints Victims' Families

Under intense national and international pressure to clean up its human rights record, especially in regard to forced disappearances, the Mexican government has responded by adopting a series of measures and legislation. These include the creation of a new Public Prosecutor's Office to locate the forcibly disappeared. But family members of the victims question whether meaningful changes will, in fact, result and whether the measures will end entrenched impunity. Clayton Conn reports from Mexico City. teleSUR
