Chile to Employ More Aggressive Strategy in Countering Bolivian Claims
  • 9 years ago
Chilean Foreign Minister Heraldo Muñoz announced a new, more active communication strategy to counter Bolivia's arguments for access to the sea in the legal battle currently underway in the International Court of Justice in The Hague. Chile will put more emphasis on its historical arguments.
