Honduras: Top Judges Accused of Extorsion

In September 2013 the Honduran justice system created a Judiciary Committee to improve the administration of justice. However several judges are accusing the vice-president of the committee, Teodoro Bonilla of extortion and bribery with gifts and pressuring them to hand down rulings favorable to government officials and against the opposition. Bonilla will now have to appear in court although no judge has thus far accepted the case. Gerardo Torres reports from Tegucigalpa. teleSUR
