U.S. To Issue Payments To Victims Of Afghanistan Hospital Attack

After the Afghanistan hospital bombing, the U.S. government will make "condolence payments."

U.S. forces bombed a hospital in Kunduz, Afghanistan on October 3rd, killing at least 22 people. 
Now, according to a statement issued by Pentagon Press Secretary Peter Cook, the U.S. is prepared "to make condolence payments to civilian non-combatants injured and the families of civilian non-combatants killed as a result" of the bombing.
