New WHO Guidelines Make HIV Treatment Available to More People

Director of the UCLA Center for Clinical AIDS Research and Education (CARE), responds to ambitious new guidelines from the World Health Organization that recommend HIV positive patients begin taking antiretroviral medication immediately, rather than after the disease reaches a certain severity.
