Amtrak will start charging for excess baggage fees, but I doubt you'll have to pay

Amtrak is cracking down on passengers who bring on too many bags and started charging a fee just like airlines, but you won't have to pay it unless you're moving into a new house via train. Sean Dowling (@seandowlingtv) explains.
