Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Steve Smith has a long history of getting under the skin of both opponents and teammates. During his team's Thursday night matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers, he, in a way, got to do both by antagonizing Steelers safety and former Carolina Panthers teammate Mike Mitchell.
