Argentine President Lauds Progressive Latam Gov'ts

Argentine President Cristina Fernandez in her speech to the UN General Assembly called on world powers to comply with international law and blasted U.S. foreign policy. Fernandez also lauded the achievements of democratic and popular governments in Latin America in fields such as health care, education, and housing.
