Charlie is 6 years old and lives with cerebral palsy due to a trauma during birth. He is still adventurous and loves to try new things. Wheels to Surf and Ocean Cure put on an event at Folly Beach, South Carolina, on September 26 for people of all ages and disabilities to enjoy the feeling of riding a wave.
