Colombia Says Justice Accord with Rebels Doesn't Mean Impunity

Chief Colombia peace negotiator Humberto de la Calle said the agreement reached last week with the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) does not imply impunity for crimes committed during the country's armed conflict. The agreement signed last Wednesday on transitional justice, which De la Calle said meets national and international juridical standards, creates special courts to try members of the military and rebels accused of committing crimes. teleSUR
