Gov't, Rebels Discussing Disarmament in Colombia Peace Talks

Lead Colombian peace negotiator Humberto de la Calle said the government and the rebels were currently discussing the disarmament of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) forces. Rebels are to lay down their arms 60 days after a final peace agreement is signed. De la Calle expressed optimism over the progress registered in the peace process.
