Western man beats up driver who honked horn

Security camera footage has emerged from China of a man attacking an elderly driver who blew his car horn behind him on a narrow street.
In the footage, captured by security cameras in Jiangsu Province last week, the man, believed to be from the West, can be seen grabbing a broom from the roadside and repeatedly jabbing it through the car window at the driver.
The driver, now holding the broom himself, gets out of the vehicle and follows his attacker on foot to confront him. The younger man then attacks him again, knocking him to the ground and punching him several times in the face.
The driver suffered bruising to the head and face.
Police are investigating the incident.
