Ingredients: 3 pancakes 400 g Frozen Cherries 200 ml Port Wine 4 tbsp. Sugar 2 Cinnamon Sticks 20 g Vanilla Sugar
Preparation: Mix cherries with port wine, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Put the saucepan over medium heat, evaporate the liquid by half. Fold the pancakes in “pockets” and put on a plate. Put the cherries into the pancake pockets and fill with syrup.
