A major and historical step toward achieving peace in Colombia is expected to be taken today at the peace talks underway in Havana, Cuba. Representatives of the government and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) plan to sign an agreement on justice and reparations for victims of the five-decade armed conflict.
