Impaled bird dramatic rescue

Footage has emerged from Boston, MA, USA, of a seagull being rescued after becoming stuck on the ledge of a building.

The video, captured on Friday, shows a window cleaning crew helping to free the bird after its wing got impaled on a lightning rod.

According to the filmer, the bird was stuck on the ledge for six hours before it was eventually rescued.
