South Korea known for its Dictate power, do not want their people to grow in the modern world. This fact stands true, the country known for hi-tech gadgets modern technology and one of the best manufacturers of the world, are themselves lacking very far behind in computer technology. Where as in North Korea there are 10 Lac computers which are registered and found mostly in Institutions and Government offices. These computers run without Internet connection and operate only through “RED STAR” desktop system with specialized wall papers which depict countries growth, farming, rising sun, military guns etcNorth Korea is not funny. And Kim Jong-un is not a punchline. So why do we treat the country's totalitarian regime like a joke?
