The 22-year-old pop star opened up to Elle about the status of her relationship with Bieber, saying that the two are friends and can hang out with other mutual acquaintances and that she'll always love him "in a way", but she's still over that part of her life.
"Disappointing seeing interviews I've done recently that sound like the exact same interview I did when I was 16", wrote in response to headlines that talked about her past with Bieber.
