New Round of US/Cuba Talks Set for November

A new round of talks between the U.S. and Cuban governments is set for November in Washington to analyze progress made in normalizing relations between the two countries. Havana insists that for full normalization to occur, the economic blockade must be lifted and the Guantanamo Naval base returned to Cuba.
