Cuba-EU Talks Register Progress

Progress is being made in talks between Cuba and the European Union aimed at reaching a broad overall agreement. The two sides have met five times in the past 18 months to discuss the normalization of relations, trade, human rights and other issues. A 6th round of talks is slated for Brussels in November. teleSUR
